Below are links and information about the sites I've developed in the past fourteen years.
Lanco Homes (2008)
This site is the online presence for Lanco Homes. A custom homebuilder,
Lanco Homes, uses this web site to provide information to its customers about
new home designs and the communities where they build them. This is an update of a site that was originally developed in 1999.
ChesterfieldBusiness.com (2008)
This is a database-driven ASP site serving as part of the online marketing effort
of Chesterfield Economic Development. The site is a comprehensive source of
information for companies interested in relocating or expanding in Chesterfield.
Staff members update the content on an intranet server using html forms.
The site was originally created in 2000.
Creative Business Interiors,
Inc. (2007)
This dynamic ASP site is the Internet home of Creative Business Interiors,
Inc., an office furniture dealer located near Raleigh, NC. This site currently
provides details about the products and services offered by the company.
WoodyCarr.com (2007)
This simple PHP site was created to share information about myself and some
of the work I do.
Virginia Dental Hygienists Association (2007)
This dynamic ASP site serves as the Internet point-of-contact for the Virginia
Dental Hygienists' Association. The site contains contact and organization
information as well as an online application for registering for the organization's
annual session. It uses a custom CMS application for maintaining content.
Meadowville.com (2006)
This site is a dynamic ASP site serving as an online marketing effort of
Chesterfield Economic Development. This site is part of a marketing campaign
emphasizing a major industrial property owned by the county. It serves as
the point of contact for disseminating a wide variety of information about
the property.
ScareFX (2006)
This is a hobby site for sharing information, techniques, and resources
about Halloween prop building. The site showcases some my night photography
and contains a great deal of graphical content.
Smith Packett (2005)
This site was Internet home of Smith/Packett Med-Com, Inc. It contained
information about the company including services and locations of existing
communities. It used a custom CMS for maintaining content and included a HTML-based
brochure generation component that was used by the company. This
site was redesigned by another developer in 2007.
Ready Office Go (2005)
This dynamic ASP site is the Internet home of Ready Office Go, a used office
furniture dealer located in Morrisville, NC. This site provides details
about the products and services offered by the company. It also contains
an online inventory component.
Jim Dunn's Semiconductor Connections (2004)
This site was a sub-web of the main ChesterfieldBusiness site. It was also
a database-driven ASP site that served as an online marketing effort of
Chesterfield Economic Development. This site was part of a multifaceted marketing
campaign targeting the semiconductor industry. It served as the point of
contact for disseminating information about the growing semiconductor industry
in the metropolitan area. Staff members updated the content on an intranet
server using html forms on a CMS I created. The site is no longer
maintained.
Virginia Local Government Web Alliance (2003)
This dynamic ASP site is the current Internet home of the Virginia Local Government
Web Alliance. This site
contains information about the organization and its members. It uses a custom
CMS for maintaining content.
Pack860.org (2002)
This dynamic ASP site was the Internet
home of Cub Scout Pack 860 in Midlothian, Virginia. It used a custom
CMS for maintaining content. The site has been abandoned.
Southern Community Bank & Trust (2000)
This database-driven ASP site was the Internet home of Southern Community
Bank & Trust.
The site contained a wide range of information about the banking services provided
by the organization. Staff members updated the content with a CMS that I developed
using html forms. This site was redesigned in 2007 when the company changed
names.
Chesterfield Economic Development (2000)
This database-driven ASP site served the online marketing effort
of Chesterfield Economic Development. The site was a comprehensive source of
information for companies interested in relocating or expanding in Chesterfield.
The site was redesigned in 2008.
Greater Richmond Dental Hygienists Association (1999)
This site served as the Internet point-of-contact for the Greater Richmond
Dental Hygienists' Association. The site contained contact and organization
information as well as an online version of the association's newsletter
and an application for membership. The site has been abandoned.
Smith/Packett Med-Com, Inc. (1999)
This site was the original Internet home of Smith/Packett Med-Com, Inc. It contained
information about the company including services and locations of existing
communities. This site was redesigned by another developer in 2000.
LancoHomes.com (1999)
This dynamic ASP site was the original online presence for Lanco Homes. A custom homebuilder,
Lanco Homes, used this web site to provide information to its customers about
new home designs and the communities where they build them. This site was redesigned in 2008.
ABIDCO (1998)
This site was the Internet home of the Appomattox Basin Industrial Development
Corporation. The site contained a wide range of information about the ABIDCO
region including services provided by the organization and a database of
statistical data. This site was redesigned by another developer in 2000.
Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia (1997)
This web site provided the online presence for Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia. The
site contained information about the training facilities available at this
U.S. military operation. It served as a component of the marketing and information
dissemination efforts of the Fort A.P. Hill Office of Public Affairs. This
site was redesigned by another developer in 2000.
Site Selector's Connections (1996)
This web site was an online marketing effort of Chesterfield Economic Development.
The site was a comprehensive source of information for companies interested
in relocating or expanding in Chesterfield. I developed this site in its
entirety and maintained its content. This site was replaced in February 2000.
Chesterfield County Connections (1996)
This site was the main Internet home of the Chesterfield County, Virginia government.
In 1996, I developed this site from the ground up including the layout, navigation
structure, scripting, graphics, and most of the original content. This site
was replaced in March 2001.
Chesterfield County Statistical Abstract (1995)
This site was the first home page on the Internet for Chesterfield County Economic
Development . It was replaced in 1996.
